HB 915 - The state of Missouri grants limited consent to be sued under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act in Missouri state courts.

No court shall enter a judgment exceeding two million dollars for all claims arising out of a single occurrence or exceeding three hundred thousand dollars for any one person in a single occurrence, per Section 537.610. A judgment may include attorneys' fees, but shall not include punitive or exemplary damages.

This act contains an emergency clause.
